Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The pictures posted on the website are the same product in inventory for that stock number and is the same product that we will engrave and ship to you. If we changed or switched to a different manufacturer we will contact you first before engraving and shipping our order to let you know and give you the option of canceling or continuing with your order. If we change product or manufacturers then we will replace the picture on the website with a current picture of what is in inventory.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We do not include a sales slip in with your order. Your sales receipt will be emailed to you at the time when your order is processed

How can I return an item?

Yes, but only under certain circumstances. Unfortunately we do not issued any refunds once a product has been customized and engraved since we cannot resell the item. Refunds and returns are only authorized if we made an error in engraving, then you will have the option of us re-engraving your order or a refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, if an item is out of stock it is most likely on order with the manufacturer and we are waiting for it to shipped from the manufacturer. During these tuff economic times of the pandemic most supply lines have been drastically affected.

When will my order ship?

We try to ensure all orders are processed, manufactured and shipped in our promised timeline of 3 to 5 business days. Naturally we are trying to produce all orders as fast as we can while assuring quality control. Certain times of the year we are busier than other times so production during the busy time can run closer to 5 to 6 days and in the slower times can run as soon as 2 to 3 days.

Shipping Your Order

You have several choices in shipping your order. We always will use the least expensive method. Our shopping cart only uses FedEx and USPS to calculate shipping charges. FedEx will be your fastest method for delivery, USPS will be the lest expensive but will not be as fast. We can also use UPS if you prefer and will be happy to give you a quote.

We post two shipping transit maps below. One for UPS and also FedEx. Transit time are pretty much the same for both except for ground, some areas have fast delivery time.

Use the above transit maps to calculate the amount of time a package will take to be delivered to your area using ground transportation. Most orders are shipped in 3 – 5 business days, upgraded shipping is available if needed. USPS is also available from the shopping cart check out. We also ship to Military APO address using USPS.
