OUR REFUND POLICY

Our goal is for total customer satisfaction; it is our utmost concern and goal. When selling custom engraved products offering refunds is very difficult once the product has been engraved. Once engraved, the product has no re-sale value and usually cannot be re-stocked or sold again. Therefore we do not offer any refunds on our engraved product. Only under certain conditions will we offer a refund.

For a full refund to be authorized, certain condition would have to be meet. They are for orders, which have not been started or in production and for any order which we have made an engraving mistake on your order where the engraving information that was submitted on your order does not match what we engraved.  Both conditions, a full refund would be issued immediately. On order where we unfortunately made an engraving error we would offer you to have your order re-engraved where you would not be required to send back your original order received or you can opt to have a full refund and we would email a return shipping label t return the merchandise.

If you have received your order and found that you accidently submitted the wrong engraving information unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, we do feel your pain and would be happy to issue you a 50% credit towards any future order, good for 1 year and FREE shipping.

It’s important to double check the placement of initials for the monogrammed style you choose to make sure they are in the proper order for the monogram style. For example, choosing the classic monogram style where the last name initial is in the middle, so the order entry would be; first, last, middle or for married couple; wife’s, last name, man’s initial’s in that order. However, if you should make a mistake, we feel your pain and will be very happy to offer you a 50% discount towards a re-order and FREE shipping to re-engrave your order.

Please make sure to check spelling, dates, names, and photos carefully, they will be printed exactly as you submit them. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

 

Returning Merchandise

We accept returns on our items where we have made an engraving mistake and you have chosen to have a refund , but  to return your order you will need to email us first for authorization. If we made a mistake in engraving or received the wrong product which was out fault, we will gladly re-ship your order for you ASAP or issued you a full refund where you will need to return the item or items.

However, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom engraved with the wrong engraving information the customer submitted on the order page or by email. Please see the policies below regarding order errors and breakage during shipping.

 

Errors Made When Ordering

If we make an error on the engraving, we will immediately replace an item at no charge and free shipping. If the error was made by the customer (such as a typo made on the order form or last name initial not in the proper space for a 3-letter monogram), then we cannot be held responsible. While we will attempt to clear up any uncertainties or vague instructions prior to engraving, in general we will use what is entered on the order form or email. Please make sure to proof read your orders before submitting it, especially for the letter placement in the different monogram styles where your letter placement will change base on the monogram style you are selecting.

 

Requesting Return Authorization

All returns need to be in writing via email. Your email must contain your order number and the reason why you are requesting a return.
